Pants are overrated. Or at least that seems to be the battle cry of young Hollywood as of late. It seems, now more than ever, that cry may very well be true. More than one designer sent thigh-grazing boots down their fall/winter 2010 runways.

I certainly hope that pants make a come back. I love thigh high boots, but they can't fully substitute pants.
