There’s no kind of high, like the high of spending time appreciating nature. Disconnecting from more humanistic creations and technology [camera and tripod excluded]. It’s a great way to recharge. Which is so essential when you live in a fast-paced whirlwind of a city, such as Los Angeles. Not that I don’t LOVE living in the city. Quite the opposite. Sometimes you just need to ground yourself for a second before you jump back into the thick of it.
