Wash your hands and the area to be treated. Take some baking soda and mix it with some water and then apply directly to your nose. Rib it gently using circular motions. This will exfoliate dead skin and cells. Do this for 3-4 minutes. Leave it on for 10 minutes and let it dry completely. Wash it away worth cold water and pat dry.
